Privacy
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information is handled when you use the HUBL public website or register your interest in Early Access.
Information you provide
The Early Access form collects your name, email address, role and a description of the decision or problem you are trying to understand. Company or organisation details are optional.
How that information is used
The information is used to review and manage Early Access interest, understand the kinds of decisions prospective users want help with, respond in relation to Early Access, and operate and protect the website and form where necessary.
Email delivery
HUBL uses Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, to send Early Access notifications to HUBL and acknowledgements to people who register interest. Information sent through that service is used to deliver those emails.
Cookies and tracking
HUBL does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking on this public site. This statement does not make a claim about every technical mechanism used by browsers or hosting infrastructure.
Audience selection and personalisation
Audience pathway selection is made by you. The public site does not currently use behavioural profiling or AI-generated personalised website content.
Data retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to operational, legal or record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and contact
If you have a question about personal information, contact details for privacy requests will be published here before general availability.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as HUBL develops and the website or product changes.
